Billings Montana contractors finished their installation of a new video display and scoreboard at Daylis Stadium, the outdoor sports facility next to Billings Senior High School.
The new display screen boasts to be a 57-foot-by-25-foot digital score board with video, and larger-than-life event and race information, which doubles the physical size of the previous score board, and also adds rich modern content delivery, including the associated Public Announcement system that has also been enhanced.
School District 2 had a goal of improving other stadiums and sport facilities, with the help of key sponsors and supporters. The new signage at Daylis was paid for by eight local donors for a total that exceeded 800,000. Systems Technology Consultants is one of four “founding sponsors” that made this particular facility’s upgrades come to life.
The first high school football game of the season in Billings Montana kicked off with Skyview taking on Missoula Sentinel.
